Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for assistance under the following conditions:

The item must be unworn and unused

Original tags must remain attached

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved claims may result in a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Cash refunds are not guaranteed.
